They thoroughly diagnosed faults with my outboards and showed me clear evidence that the issues had been caused by work previously carried out by another Tohatsu dealer. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and professionally. It's refreshing to find a business that is so honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. I won't be going anywhere else for my outboard servicing and repairs. Highly recommended!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thanks so much for delivering my new big duck 3.3 and 15hp toyhatsu outboard to my boat. After the theft of my last one. As im cruising south and have no vehicle, Justin went above and beyond to sort me out. Highly recommended!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Went in looking for a very small part for a very old engine. I went to 2 other wreckers first. One basically couldn't be bothered looking and the other broke the part (twice) while trying to get it out of the motors. TMC not only had the part, he helped me match it up and made sure I was getting what I needed. Very knowledgeable, and happy to help. I'll definitely be coming back if (/when) I need more parts.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've had an excellent experience with Justin and crew. After siezing my old evinrude, I had the chance do an exchange power head or by new. I went with new for the warranty and aftermarket support. The installation was perfect and Justin even repaired some dodgy wiring terminals. Highly recommend you give him a callPosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. WOW, Justin service is outstanding, should you need a genuine honest person look no further. Got to launch the boat on the week-end & the prop was not turning, would go into gears ok so rang Justin who guided us into test with no avail & said to bring the boat to himself to diagnose that morning & found the problem & fixed without even charging a cent & making a few adjustments needed. Full gratitudePosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just had a 140 Tohatsu outboard installed on a project Haines Hunter 17L including hydraulic steering and battery system and i have to say Justin's service and knowledge of the boating industry is excellent, He Really knows his stuff!! His communication from the start including quoting for the project was clear and precise and the work performed was very neat and tidy with no complications, Thanks Justin and your team for a job well done, defiantly recommend these guys at TMC Outboards.
